About the event

LICAGE, founded in 1987, brings together Health professionals from all over Europe and beyond with an interest in hepato-biliary diseases and liver transplantation.

As usual, this LICAGE meeting will be a friendly meeting allowing education, discussion, and networking with doctors interested in the liver in acute situations. The organisers are planning an exciting Scientific Program, which will bring together international reputable speakers- experts in hepatic surgery and liver transplantation from intensive care, anaesthesiology, surgery and hepatology. This will allow lively discussions about experiences and latest advances in the field of liver intensive care and perioperative care. Interactive sessions will also be an opportunity to link young professionals together with well-known experts.

The 23th annual meeting which will be held between 8 th and 9 th of SEP 2016 at Novotel Bucharest City Centre Hotel offers you a chance to be in the very heart  of  Bucharest city, the  emerging capital of Romania.

Early Bird Rate condition

In order to obtain the Early Bird Rate, we must be in receipt of your full conference registration fee no later than 15 JUN 2016. Although we endeavour to notify paper acceptance before this date, external factors may prevent this. In the event of an author subsequently failing to have a paper accepted for the conference, a refund can be made (cancellation charges apply).

Registration and services booked can only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment or valid credit card details.
· For cancellations received before midnight EET August 14th, 2016, fees will be refunded minus €50 for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.
· Name changes incur a handling fee of €30 per registration.
· In case of no-show or early departure no refund will be issued.

Claims

Claims should be submitted via e-mail to info@licage2016.ro. All claims will be investigated and answered via e-mail within 5 working days.

Force majeure

In case of force majeure the Organizer is relieved of all obligations. Force majeure includes any circumstances beyond the will of the Organizer, that impedes permanent or temporary compliance with the obligations, such as ‘acts of god’ including war, danger of war, government regulations, revolts, strikes, transportation difficulties, fire or severe disturbances affecting the conference organization or its supplies. If any of the above circumstances emerge an administrative fee of EUR 50 will be deducted from the refundable amount.
